How a project works.
Brief
You explain what you sell, who your customers are, and what you want the shop to do. This can be a phone call or a few emails - there's no formal document required.
Design
Lawrence designs the shop - layout, colour, typography, structure. You review and give feedback. Revisions are included until you're happy.
Build
The shop is built on the Futurestore platform. Products are loaded, payment processing is set up, everything is tested before anything goes near the public.
Launch
Once you're ready, the shop goes live. Lawrence handles the domain setup, SSL, and anything technical. You're trained on the control panel so you can manage the shop yourself.
